Where do we operate from?
Supergems only sells diamonds from Antwerp, Belgium. We do have associate marketing arms that help with "last mile” delivery and payment facilitation in Hong Kong and Dubai, but to all other destinations, we ship direct*. We ship to European, North American, South Africa, and certain Asian destinations.
What type of customers do we deal with?
We sell to wholesalers in the various diamond cutting and trading centers around the world. In addition to this, we work with certain retailers with whom we have built up a relationship. We do NOT deal with consumers directly as a business model. We maintain the strictest KYC records, help retailers follow the Patriot Act in the USA, and cooperate with the banks to make sure all our transactions follow OFAC and FATF regulations.
What methods of payments do you accept?
We have bank accounts in USD, Euros and GBP. We only accept payments from bank to bank.
Can I pay from anywhere?
Should any payment come from another entity or individual account due to a specific reason, we require paperwork from both the holder of the account that pays us, and the entity to whom we raised the invoice explaining the connection between the two, the reason the payment had to be made from an entity other than the one that took delivery of the merchandise, and their KYC information.
Do you buy diamonds?
Yes. We buy certified diamonds between 0.30cts - 50cts. They can be certified or non-certified but must be above SI clarity if below 1ct, and over I1 clarity if over 1ct. They must test as natural (we test at two different labs before raising our Purchase order), and untreated in anyway. Please contact us for more information on the process if you have diamonds to sell us.* You may show us diamonds at our various affiliates in Mumbai, Dubai, Hong Kong, and our office in Antwerp. We attend various trade shows in the US, Europe, India, Hong Kong and China as well. We pay immediate bank wire once you accept our offer after inspection of your diamonds.
What diamond certification agencies do you use? We stock HRD certified diamonds, Gia certified diamonds, IGI certified diamonds, and non-certified diamonds. We make sure the girdle of the diamonds are inscribed with the agencies’ certificate number, and this is corroborated on the certificate itself. We also provide diamond sealing services to our customers to help ensure that the chain of trust is maintained down the pipeline.

To add to this, transparency is the cornerstone of our system. Each diamond is priced based not only on its grading, but also its relative grading. We also extend price advantage to our most loyal and regular customers using an objective matrix and algorithm that runs daily. If you need a temporary memo, we charge you for it, but only if you buy! For those customers that buy without needing extra services, we extend you the maximum price benefit because we save money too! This is part of the Supergems system.
